To return items purchased @ BackYard Lane, please follow these steps:
For your protection, we recommend that you use TCS, DHL, Leopard or
another insured parcel post for your return.
Ship the return package to:
- Time frame should not exceed 7 days from the date of delivery.
- If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from
the sample shown on website we will provide an exchange or refund.
- Returned items are also accepted if they have a manufacturing
defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality,
are fake, or does not match the specifications
stated on www.backyardlane.com.
- Items should be returned with their original packaging and with
its original content, accessories and manuals. Returned items
(unless defective or fake) must be in resalable condition.
- Food items (unless expired at time of delivery) and personal
products such as, Cosmetics, underwear, newspapers, magazines,
shaving equipment, washed clothes, and hygiene products
are not eligible for returns.
- Items bought during promotions or on discount are not eligible
for refunds.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does
not comply with our policy.
All return shipping charges must be paid by customer. Keep the Return
Tracking Number from the package you are returning to monitor delivery
status and ensure that the package is returned to the BackYard Lane
warehouse.
Please note that your original shipping costs will
not be refunded.
Payment will be refunded to original purchaser only.
